CARE presents Congressman Young with Award

The Cooperative Alliance for Refuge Enhancement (CARE), a diverse coalition of conservation, recreation, and scientific organizations, presented an award to Congressman C.W. "Bill" Young (R-FL) for his steadfast support for the National Wildlife Refuge System, with a special emphasis on his backing for Hurricane relief in 2004, after the Southeast U.S. was hit by four consecutive hurricanes.

The event took place at the Capitol on 14 December 2005.
